“Raspberry Brandy Cream” truffle: Exquisite raspberry brandy fills the delicately bitter dark chocolate shell with a wonderfully fresh and fruity flavour

“Marc de Champagne” truffle (white): The queen of truffles – With its white chocolate robe, this truffle always proves to be especially enticing.

“Rum” truffle: This classic dark chocolate truffle has a powerful, bitter flavour and is enriched with strong-flavoured rum.

“Cream” truffle: A taste sensation – the shell of exquisite milk chocolate contains a tasty creamy ganache.

Please note: This catering assortment contains 1.8 kg of the very finest filled chocolates. Due to the differing weights of the various filled chocolates, the number of filled chocolates in each assortment ranges from 139 to 144. For this reason, the top layer is not completely full because it does not contain 77 chocolates. Our catering assortment is shipped in bulk boxes, which are not intended as gift packaging.
