From an order value of 50,00 € we deliver free of charge within Germany. Otherwise, the cost per shipment is 5.50 €.
Within Germany we deliver exclusively with DHL.

Alternative delivery addresses
You have the option of specifying an alternative delivery address. For example, you can have the goods delivered to your workplace should you not be home during the day. Or you make someone happy and have him delivered your order directly as a gift.

Shipping service

DHL deliveries are from Monday to Saturday. If you are not found, you will receive a notification in your mailbox. The parcel can then be picked up at the nearest post office.

Only DHL delivers to packing stations! Please note the temperatures in the shipping method "Packstation" - here could the goods suffer.

All deliveries can be traced back using the tracking code, which we will send to you when you ship the goods via your shipping e-mail.

How long does the delivery take?

As a rule, we will ship your order the next working day (after receipt of payment) withr DHL. However, we endeavor to ship all orders received by 1 pm on the same day. In too warm weather (more than 25 ° C), we ship on Fridays only with DHL, because DHL also delivers on Saturday.

How does the goods arrive safely?

The quality of your chocolate products is essentially influenced by smell, light and above all temperature fluctuations. Therefore, you should store all chocolate products in a cool and dry place, preferably between 14 ° C and 18 ° C.

Your order contains alcoholic products?

If you have ordered alcoholic products, then shipping is done with the service "by hand". The recipient must be at least 18 years old. When the package is handed over, the parcel courier checks the identity card of the recipient and the parcel is delivered personally only to the recipient.
